- A refund. Say which body and what went wrong — the cases we refund are in the refund policy.
- Taking your listing down, or getting your name and logo out of a body’s history. See privacy, section 7.
- Reporting a listing that breaks the content rules in the terms, or a logo somebody used without the right to it.
- Anything wrong with the site — a broken link, a listing showing the wrong thing, a payment that did not land.
