REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

A listing is delivered the moment the payment clears, so sales are final. There are two exceptions, and they are listed here rather than buried.

- Immediate — the listing is published as soon as the payment is confirmed.
- STANDARD POLICY
- All sales final. Being taken over is not a refundable event.
- EXCEPTIONS
- Never published · removed by us.
- HOW TO ASK
- Email hello@lordsofthesystem.lol within 14 days of the payment.
- IF APPROVED
- Refunded to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
- CANCELLATION
- Nothing here recurs, so there is no subscription to cancel.
1 · The standard position
What you buy is a seat on the board and a permanent line in that body’s history. Both are delivered immediately, which is why payments are not refundable once the listing is up.
In particular, being taken over is not a refund event. Somebody paying $1 more than you and replacing your listing is the whole mechanic of the board; it can happen minutes after you buy, and what you paid stays paid. This is stated on the buy screen before you pay and in the terms.
2 · When we do refund
- The listing was never published. If a payment went through but the listing did not go up — a failure on our side — you get the whole amount back.
- We took the listing down. If we remove your listing under the content rules in the terms, or for any reason of our own, the payment for it is refunded in full.
A duplicate charge, a charge for an amount other than the one shown to you, or any other billing error is corrected in full as well — that is a mistake, not a policy question.
3 · When we do not
- Somebody took the body off you, whether after a month or after a minute.
- You changed your mind about the name, logo or link you submitted. Email us and we will edit or take the listing down, but the payment stays.
- The listing did not bring you the traffic, clicks or customers you hoped for. No result of any kind is promised.
- You bought the body you meant to buy at the price shown to you.
4 · How to ask
Email hello@lordsofthesystem.lol within 14 days of the payment, from the address you paid with, and say which body it concerns and what went wrong. Every request gets an answer. Approved refunds go back to the card or wallet that paid, in the original currency (USD); how quickly it appears is your bank’s business, but it is normally 5 to 10 business days.
5 · Consumer rights
Nothing here removes a right you have by law. If you are a consumer in a place that gives you a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, you keep it — note that a listing is digital content delivered immediately, and asking for it to go up now is asking for that delivery to begin at once. If you believe a payment was wrong, please write to us before opening a chargeback: it is faster, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
